| UL Lafayette has been very successful with BORSF programs in
recent years. Last year, 35% of UL Lafayette's submitted BORSF proposals
were recommended for funding totaling over $1.9 million. To assist

Workshop Series:
To prepare the university community for the upcoming deadlines and competition, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) will be hosting a series of workshops.
BORSF Calendar: ORSP has created a calendar of all internal and BOR deadlines for notices of intent and proposals. This handy reference will assist PIs in knowing what to submit, and when. Eligible Disciplines: 2009-2010

The Board of Regents has recently launched a new website with information about the BOR Support Fund programs. The Requests for Proposals from the 2008-2009 competition (available online) can be used as a reference until the new versions are released. Please share this announcement with new and junior faculty in your department who may not yet be added to the orsp-faculty-list listserv. Finally, don't forget to print the flyer and table of eligible disciplines, or contact Ruth Landry, Alise Hagan, or Abby Patterson at 2-5811 for any BORSF questions.
