| Due to Hurriane Gustav, the Board of Regents has extended the deadline
for submission of the Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Industrial Ties Research
Subprogram (ITRS) and Research Competitiveness Subprogram (RCS). In response,
the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) has extended its internal
deadline for the submission of RCS and ITRS NOIs. During the week of Gustav,
ORSP had extended the original internal deadline for submission of RCS and
ITRS NOIs from Wednesday, September 3, 2008 to Friday, September 5, 2008.
With the Board of Regents’ announcement, this internal deadline has now
been extended to Monday, September 15, 2008. The form for the Notice of Intent can be found at the Board of Regents website along with the forms and RFPs for all Board of Regents Support Fund programs. Please note that the Industrial Ties Research Subprogram (ITRS) and Research Competitiveness Subprogram (RCS) are the only Board of Regents Support Fund programs that require a Notice of Intent. The Enhancement Program, ATLAS Program and Graduate Fellows Program do not require a Notice of Intent prior to submission. Any questions regarding the Board of Regents Support Fund Competition and UL Lafayette Internal Deadlines can be directed to Ruth Landry at 2-5811. |
